ShiverPeaks BS08-01041-2 lapos keystone modul

The ShiverPeaks BS08-01041-2 keystone module is a flat, black network insert designed to provide two RJ-45 ports in a compact format. Its slim profile allows installation into standard keystone wall plates and patch panels, offering a tidy outlet for Ethernet connections in residential and commercial environments. The module is intended to deliver stable physical connectivity for network cabling while maintaining a low-profile appearance.

Advantages

This flat keystone module offers a space-saving design that fits into common mounting frames and wall plates. The black finish conceals minor marks and integrates well with dark faceplates. With two RJ-45 ports in a single module, it reduces the number of modules required for multi-port outlets and simplifies cabling layout. The module is designed for straightforward insertion and retention in keystone slots, enabling quick installation and replacement when needed.

Suitable for

• Home network outlets for Ethernet-connected devices
• Office workstations and meeting rooms requiring two wired connections
• Patch panels and structured cabling installations with keystone-compatible plates
• Low-profile installations where a flat module is preferred for aesthetics

Key specifications

• Construction type: flat keystone module
• Color: black
• Connector type: RJ-45, two ports per module
• Compatibility: standard keystone wall plates and patch panels
• Typical application: Ethernet network cabling

How to use

Insert the module into a compatible keystone opening in a wall plate or patch panel until it clicks into place. Terminate Ethernet cables to the rear of each RJ-45 port following the appropriate wiring standard (such as T568A or T568B) and verify firm seating of conductors in the IDC or jack as applicable. After termination, mount the faceplate and test each port with a network tester or connected device to confirm link integrity and correct wiring.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, use the module with properly rated Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher as required by your network), keep terminations neat to avoid cross-talk, and perform a continuity and speed test after installation. When replacing modules, ensure the keystone dimensions match the receiving plate to maintain secure retention.
