ShiverPeaks BS08-10060 keystone-modul

The Keystone Module ShiverPeaks BS08-10060 is a flat keystone insert designed to provide a compact, pass-through 3.5mm audio connection in a wall plate or patch panel. Finished in silver and white, the module offers a discreet appearance and straightforward integration into standard keystone-compatible frames. It is supplied as a single piece and intended for simple installation while maintaining reliable audio signal continuity for stereo or mono 3.5mm connections.

Advantages

The module’s flat construction minimises protrusion behind the faceplate and supports low-profile installations. A standardized 3.5mm connector on both sides ensures compatibility with common audio cables and devices. The silver and white finish matches many modern interior decors and faceplate styles, while the single-piece supply simplifies inventory and replacement. The unit is engineered for stable mechanical and electrical connection in residential, office, or light-commercial environments.

Suitable for

• Integrating 3.5mm audio jacks into wall plates for listening rooms or meeting spaces
• Patch panels or custom AV installations requiring low-profile line-level input/output
• Simple replacement of a damaged keystone insert in audiovisual faceplates

Key specifications

• Connector type: 3.5mm stereo-compatible jack
• Construction: flat/low-profile keystone module
• Colour: silver and white finish
• Supply: single module per package

How to use

Insert the module into any standard keystone-compatible opening in a faceplate or patch panel until it snaps into place. Connect a 3.5mm audio cable to both the front and rear jacks as required. Ensure the faceplate is secured and that cables are routed to avoid strain on the connector. No special tools are required for typical installations; a small flat tool may assist when removing the module for service.

Recommendations

Use shielded 3.5mm interconnect cables for longer runs to reduce interference and maintain audio fidelity. Avoid applying excessive force when inserting or removing plugs to preserve the module’s mechanical integrity. For installations in high-traffic areas, verify that the surrounding faceplate and mounting hardware are rated for the intended environment.
