Simucube gyorskioldó adapter Simucube 2-höz (SC2LINKA modell)

The Quick Release Adapter for Simucube 2 by Simucube (model SC2LINKA) is an accessory designed to provide a secure and convenient mounting interface between compatible steering wheels and Simucube 2 direct-drive bases. It enables fast detachment and attachment of a racing wheel without tools, simplifying wheel swaps during sim racing sessions, setup changes, or maintenance. The adapter maintains alignment and connection stability while preserving the direct-drive base's performance characteristics.

Advantages

This adapter offers quick-release convenience while maintaining a solid mechanical connection to the Simucube 2 wheel hub. It reduces downtime when changing wheels, supports repeated attachment cycles with consistent alignment, and is designed to fit within the mechanical tolerances of direct-drive systems. The construction prioritizes a reliable interface that does not interfere with force feedback transmission or base calibration.

Suitable for

• Sim racers who switch between multiple steering wheels during sessions
• Home cockpit builders requiring fast wheel removal for transport or storage
• Workshops performing wheel maintenance, repairs, or upgrades
• Esports teams and venues that need quick turnaround between drivers

Key specifications

• Compatibility: designed specifically for use with Simucube 2 direct-drive wheel bases
• Function: quick-release mounting interface for steering wheels
• Material and finish: engineered to maintain mechanical stability under regular use (manufacturer materials as specified)
• Attachment method: tool-free rapid engagement and release mechanism compatible with the Simucube 2 hub
• Durability: intended for repeated cycles of attachment and detachment with consistent alignment

How to use

Mount the adapter to a compatible steering wheel following the wheel manufacturer's instructions, ensuring all fasteners are tightened to the specified torque. Align the adapter with the Simucube 2 wheel hub and engage the quick-release mechanism until it locks into place. To remove the wheel, operate the release mechanism as described in the product documentation and then separate the wheel from the hub. After installation or removal, verify that the wheel is securely seated and that there is no play before operating the direct-drive base.

Recommendations

Use the adapter only with steering wheels and hubs that are compatible with Simucube 2. Periodically inspect the adapter and its mounting hardware for wear or damage and follow the manufacturer's guidance for maintenance. Do not modify the adapter or use it with incompatible systems to avoid compromising safety or performance.
