How to use

Open the spiral notebook and tear off or flip pages as needed; the spiral allows smooth page turning and the sheets can lie flat for writing on either side. Use the notebook to record notes, sketches or lists—mark dates or topics on the margin to organise entries. Store the notebook in a bag or on a shelf when not in use; avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to maintain paper quality and prevent deformation of the spiral binding.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use medium-point pens or pencils to avoid bleed-through; avoid heavy ink markers on all pages. Keep the notebook closed when carrying to protect pages and maintain alignment of the spiral binding.
