Üllős kerti olló Gardena Comfort SmartCut 08798-20

The GARDENA Pruning Shears Anvil Comfort SmartCut (08798-20) provide effortless cutting of branches and twigs thanks to an anvil cutting system combined with a three-step ratchet function. Precision-ground blades and a non-stick coated upper blade ensure clean, smooth cuts while the aluminium comfort grip with soft components offers ergonomic handling. A single-hand safety lock allows easy locking and safe storage. These pruning shears are suitable for cuts up to 22 mm in diameter and come with a 25-year warranty.

Advantages

The integrated ratchet function (PowerPlus) can be activated depending on branch diameter to reduce hand effort when cutting thicker material. Precision-ground blades and a non-stick coating on the upper blade minimise friction and produce clean cuts. The aluminium comfort grip with soft components improves grip and reduces strain during prolonged use. A single-hand safety lock enables convenient one-handed locking for safe storage, and the 25-year warranty reflects the product’s durability and build quality.

After use, close the shears and engage the single-hand safety lock for safe storage. Regularly clean the blades after cutting and check the mechanism for debris to maintain smooth operation.

Recommendations

Use the ratchet function for branches approaching the maximum cutting diameter to reduce strain. Keep blades clean and lightly lubricated; sharpen or replace blades if cuts become uneven. Do not exceed the specified 22 mm maximum cutting diameter to avoid damage.
