Vakpanel Dexlan 755257

The Dexlan 755257 blank panel is a 2U front panel made for standard 19" racks, finished in black to match professional server and networking cabinets. It provides a tidy appearance by covering unused rack space, helping to organize front-facing equipment layouts and maintaining consistent visual lines across the rack face. Sold individually, the panel is a simple accessory intended to occupy empty rack units when no active device is installed.

Advantages

The blank panel offers a straightforward method to close open rack units, improving the overall visual uniformity of a rack and reducing the exposure of internal cabling from the front. Its slim profile preserves valuable rack depth and its 2U height accommodates larger empty spaces that require covering. The black finish integrates with common rack colours to maintain a professional look without drawing attention.

How to use

Install the Dexlan 755257 blank panel by aligning it with the appropriate 2U rack space on the front rails of a 19" cabinet and fasten it using the rack's standard mounting hardware or the screws supplied with your rack. Ensure the panel is seated flush with adjacent equipment to maintain a continuous rack face. It can be removed or repositioned as equipment is added or reorganized.

Recommendations

For improved airflow management, use blank panels in combination with cable management accessories and proper rack ventilation planning. Place panels over unused units at the front of the rack to help maintain a neat appearance and reduce accidental access to internal cabling.
