VivoLink PROHDMIOP8K80 HDMI kábel – 8K, 80 m

The VivoLink PROHDMIOP8K80 HDMI cable is an 80 meter, high-capacity digital video and audio transmission cable engineered for long-distance AV installations. It supports 8K resolution and accommodates high-bandwidth signals over extended runs, allowing connection between 8K sources and displays in large venues, conference rooms, studios and professional AV setups. The cable is designed to preserve signal integrity across long distances while offering a single-cable solution for video, audio and compatible metadata transport.

Advantages

The cable delivers support for up to 8K resolution and high refresh rates where bandwidth allows, ensuring compatibility with modern high-resolution sources and displays. Its construction focuses on signal stability over long runs, reducing the need for frequent repeaters or converters in many installations. The single-cable HDMI connection carries both audio and video along with relevant control and metadata channels, simplifying system wiring and reducing clutter.

Suitable for

• Large auditoriums and event halls requiring long cable runs
• Conference rooms and boardrooms with centralized AV equipment
• Broadcast studios and production facilities
• Fixed AV installations in theatres, museums, or houses of worship

Key specifications

• Length: 80 meters
• Resolution support: up to 8K (dependent on source, display and system configuration)
• Transmission type: HDMI digital video and audio over a single cable
• Intended use: long-distance AV signal distribution for professional and commercial environments

How to use

Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI output of the source device and the other end to the HDMI input of the display or downstream device. Ensure both source and display support the target resolution and refresh rate and verify cable routing avoids sharp bends or physical stress. For runs through conduits or ceilings, confirm the cable bend radius and environmental conditions meet installation requirements. If signal loss or handshake issues occur at extreme resolutions or refresh rates, consider using compatible signal boosters, active extenders or verifying EDID and HDCP settings on connected equipment.

Recommendations

For reliable 8K performance over long distances, verify system compatibility end-to-end and avoid excessive cable bending or tight tie-downs. Use secure connector seating and test the full signal chain after installation; when necessary, employ certified extenders or distribution equipment to maintain signal integrity.
