The Zassenhaus 059083 Round Wood cutting board is a solid, circular kitchen board with a diameter of 450 mm and a thickness of 45 mm. Made from natural wood, the board provides a stable and impact-resistant surface for slicing, chopping and preparing ingredients. Its sizeable round shape allows for flexible placement on countertops and is suitable for both everyday meal preparation and occasional heavy-duty tasks.

Advantages

How to use

Place the cutting board on a dry, level countertop or non-slip mat to prevent shifting. Use appropriate knives for the task and avoid excessive force that could damage the board or blade. After use, remove food residue with a scraper or spatula, wash by hand with mild detergent and warm water, then dry thoroughly on all sides to prevent warping. Avoid soaking the board or placing it in a dishwasher.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the wooden board, apply food-grade mineral oil or board conditioner periodically to maintain moisture balance and reduce cracking. Store the board upright or flat in a dry place away from direct heat sources. When switching between raw meat and other foods, clean and sanitize the surface thoroughly to prevent cross-contamination.
