Equip Cat.6 árnyékolt moduláris inline csatlakozó, árnyékolt

The equip® Inline Coupler is a shielded Cat.6 inline connector with two RJ45 jacks, designed to join two RJ45 cables and extend network runs while maintaining signal integrity. It features gold-flash contacts and a metal shield to support Cat.6 performance and reduce electromagnetic interference, presented in a silver housing.

Advantages

The shielded construction minimizes crosstalk and external interference, and gold-flash contacts improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance. The compact inline design allows a simple, tool-free connection between two RJ45 cables to extend network length without reterminating cables.

Suitable for

• Extending Ethernet runs using two Cat.6 RJ45 cables
• Temporary or permanent network repairs where retermination is impractical
• Shielded network environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6
• Connectors: 2 × RJ45 jacks
• Shielding: fully shielded (metal housing)
• Contacts: gold flash
• Brand: EQUIP
• MPN: 121179
• EAN: 4015867206782

How to use

Ensure both Cat.6 cables have standard RJ45 plugs. Insert one RJ45 plug into each side of the inline coupler until the latch clicks. Verify the connection and test the network link using appropriate network testing tools to confirm signal integrity and speed.

Recommendations

For best results use with Cat.6 shielded cables and maintain proper grounding of the shielded installation. Avoid stacking multiple couplers in series when possible, as each additional connection may slightly affect performance.
