Equip Cat.6A kültéri RJ45 inline csatlakozó 221172

Equip 221172 is an outdoor RJ45–RJ45 Cat.6A inline coupler with IP68 protection designed to maintain reliable network connections in exposed environments. The coupler accepts two standard RJ45 patch cables via two cable glands and supports Cat.6A performance for high-speed data transmission. It is available in black and blue and is intended for use where a weatherproof inline Ethernet connection is required.

Advantages

The IP68-rated housing provides waterproof and dustproof protection for outdoor Ethernet joints. Cat.6A compatibility ensures support for higher bandwidths and improved signal integrity compared with lower-category couplers. The two-sided cable glands allow sealed entry of two RJ45 patch cables, enabling a protected inline connection without modifying existing cables.

Suitable for

• Outdoor Ethernet extension and repair
• Connecting IP cameras, wireless access points, or network devices exposed to weather
• Temporary or permanent outdoor networking in industrial or residential settings

Ensure the cable jackets are correctly seated in the glands and that the RJ45 plugs are fully engaged in the coupler. Place the assembled inline connection in the intended outdoor location and tighten any external fastenings or strain reliefs as required.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance, use Cat.6A-rated patch cables and inspect the cable gland seals periodically for wear or damage. Avoid excessive bending or mechanical stress at the connection point and mount or protect the coupler to minimize direct exposure to strong sunlight or physical impacts.
