Fischer 670511 csavarok 300 mm 25 db

Fischer 670511 screws are metal wood screws designed for reliable fastening in wooden materials. Each screw is 300 mm long with a 6 mm diameter and a thread length of 70 mm. Supplied in a pack of 25 pieces, these screws are intended for woodworking tasks where long reach and secure thread engagement are required.

Advantages

These screws provide deep penetration into timber due to their 300 mm length and a defined 70 mm threaded section, enabling stable joints in structural and carpentry applications. The metal construction offers consistent mechanical strength, and the 6 mm diameter balances shear resistance with ease of drilling. The 25-piece pack size supports medium-sized projects without requiring frequent repurchasing.

Suitable for

• Furniture assembly and repair
• Wooden beam and joist connections
• Decking and outdoor wooden structures (with appropriate corrosion protection)
• General carpentry and joinery tasks

Key specifications

• Material: metal
• Length: 300 mm
• Diameter: 6 mm
• Thread length: 70 mm
• Quantity: 25 pieces per pack

How to use

Pre-drill a pilot hole appropriate for the screw diameter and the wood species to avoid splitting; the pilot hole should typically be slightly smaller than the screw shank for optimal grip. Position the screw and drive it with a compatible bit or driver until the required embedment is reached, ensuring the unthreaded shank section can act as a dowel where necessary. When fastening into hardwood or near edges, use clamps and stepwise tightening to maintain alignment and prevent surface damage.

Recommendations

For outdoor or humid environments, use additional corrosion protection such as suitable coatings or choose stainless or coated alternatives. Match pilot hole diameter and driver type to the 6 mm screw to ensure secure fastening and minimize material stress.
