Fischer 79725 alátét

The Fischer 79725 flat washer pack contains 100 pieces engineered to provide reliable load distribution and surface protection for fasteners. These flat washers are manufactured from durable materials to reduce wear on contact surfaces, prevent pull-through and fretting, and help maintain secure joints over time. Their consistent dimensions ensure uniform performance across multiple installation scenarios, making them suitable for general-purpose mechanical and construction tasks.

Advantages

Flat washers help spread the clamping force of bolts and screws over a larger area, reducing the risk of damage to softer materials and improving joint stability. The pack of 100 ensures you have a ready supply for small and medium projects. Fischer production standards provide consistent thickness and diameter tolerances, supporting predictable assembly outcomes and easier inventory management.

Key specifications

• Pack quantity: 100 pieces
• Type: flat washer
• Material: corrosion-resistant metal (standard industrial grade)
• Function: load distribution and surface protection
• Typical use diameter range: suitable for common bolt and screw sizes
• Finish: plain metal surface for general-purpose use

How to use

Select a washer that matches the bolt or screw diameter so the internal hole closely fits the fastener shank and the outer diameter covers the load zone on the base material. Place the washer between the fastener head or nut and the workpiece, then tighten the fastener to the specified torque for the application. For assemblies where corrosion resistance is critical, verify material compatibility with the environment and consider additional surface protection where necessary.

Recommendations

Store washers in a dry environment to avoid surface oxidation. When working with soft or brittle materials, ensure the washer outer diameter is large enough to distribute load; for high-vibration applications, pair washers with appropriate locking elements. Follow recommended torque values for bolts and screws to maintain joint integrity without deforming the washer.
