Herlitz 11409034 gyűrűs mappa

The Herlitz 11409034 ring binder is made from durable polypropylene (PP), designed to store and protect loose documents in home, school and office environments. Its robust cover and reliable ring mechanism keep papers flat and secure while allowing straightforward access when adding or removing sheets. The binder's slim profile supports efficient shelf storage and file organization without occupying excessive space.

Advantages

This ring binder uses polypropylene material that resists tearing and moisture, offering extended service life compared with simple cardboard covers. The ring mechanism is designed for steady operation to prevent accidental page loss and to ensure pages remain aligned. The cover surface is easy to wipe clean and maintains a professional appearance over repeated handling. The binder's lightweight construction keeps carrying weight to a minimum while still providing good protection for documents.

Suitable for

• Organizing school notes, homework and project documents
• Filing office documents, reports and meeting materials
• Storing manuals, reference sheets and certificates
• Home administration documents such as bills and warranties

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP) cover
• Closure type: ring binder mechanism for punched paper
• Design: rigid cover for document protection
• Intended use: storing A4 or similarly punched documents
• Surface: wipe-clean exterior

How to use

Open the ring mechanism and insert punched papers evenly onto the rings. Close the mechanism until it locks to secure pages in place. Arrange documents with dividers or plastic sleeves if needed to separate subjects or categories. Place the binder upright on a shelf or inside a filing cabinet for stable storage; when transporting, carry by the spine or hold the closed cover to avoid page displacement.

Recommendations

To extend the service life of the binder and protect contents, avoid overfilling beyond the recommended capacity of the ring mechanism, keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to reduce fading, and store on flat surfaces. Use standard 2- or 4-hole punched paper compatible with the binder rings and consider using photocopy or archival sleeves for frequently handled or important documents.
