Herlitz 5480405 A4-es gyűrűs mappa kék

The Herlitz 5480405 A4 ring binder in blue is a plastic-covered folder designed to store and organise A4 documents. It provides a secure, flat surface for loose sheets and punched papers, combining a slim profile with enough capacity for everyday use at school, home or in the office. The binder is supplied as a single unit and is easy to label or insert into shelving and file systems.

Advantages

This A4 ring binder features a robust plastic cover that resists wear and moisture, helping to protect documents from dirt and light damage. Its ring mechanism keeps punched pages aligned and secure, reducing the risk of pages slipping out. The bright blue colour makes it simple to identify among other folders, while the lightweight construction ensures convenient handling and portability.

Suitable for

• Storing and organising A4 documents, reports and handouts
• Schoolwork, lecture notes and assignments
• Office filing of project documents and reference materials
• Home paperwork such as manuals, receipts and certificates

Key specifications

• Format: A4 document size compatibility
• Cover material: durable plastic
• Closure: ring binder mechanism for punched sheets
• Colour: blue
• Pack contents: single binder per pack

How to use

Open the ring mechanism and insert punched A4 sheets evenly onto the rings, then close the mechanism until it clicks to secure the pages. Use the outer surfaces for labelling with adhesive labels or a marker to indicate contents. Place the binder upright on shelves or in magazine file holders; when transporting, close the rings fully and keep the binder flat to avoid page deformation.

Recommendations

To maintain document condition, avoid overfilling the ring mechanism—distribute content across multiple binders if necessary. Store the binder away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive heat to preserve the plastic cover and printed pages. Clean the cover with a soft, damp cloth if needed.
