Herlitz maX.file A4 gyűrűs mappa narancssárga

The Herlitz maX.file A4 ring binder in orange is designed to store and organize A4 documents efficiently. Manufactured in Germany, this binder uses a durable D-ring mechanism to keep papers securely in place and supports a document stack up to the binder's specified height of 500 mm. The product combines a visible orange cover for easy identification with a rigid construction suitable for regular handling in office, school, or home environments.

Advantages

The D-ring mechanism ensures that pages lie flat and reduces internal wear compared with standard round rings. Its sturdy cover and spine provide reliable protection from bending or surface damage, while the bright orange colour improves quick recognition on shelves. The binder’s build quality supports repeated opening and closing and helps maintain document order over time.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 reports, manuals and reference materials
• Filing school or university coursework and project documents
• Storing office paperwork, invoices and client files
• Creating presentation folders or structured archive sets

Key specifications

• Format: A4 document size compatibility
• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for flat page alignment
• Colour: orange for high visibility
• Height: 500 mm overall height
• Construction: rigid cover and spine designed for repeated use
• Intended use: manual insertion and removal of punched A4 sheets and standard punched accessories

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism using the designated levers or tabs, align punched A4 sheets with the rings, and close the mechanism firmly until it clicks into place. For best results, distribute pages evenly across the rings and avoid overfilling beyond the binder’s capacity. To remove pages, open the rings fully, take out the sheets needed, then close the rings to secure the remaining contents.

Recommendations

Store the binder upright on a shelf to maintain its shape and keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture to preserve colour and material integrity. Use reinforced punched sheets or plastic sleeves for frequently handled documents to reduce wear on the paper and rings.
