Hőre zsugorodó cső DeLOCK 19962

This heat shrink tube DeLOCK 19962 is designed to insulate and protect cables, wires and electrical tubing. Made of durable polyolefin, the black sleeve shrinks when heated to form a tight, protective cover. An internal adhesive layer bonds to the cable during shrinking to improve environmental and mechanical protection and to secure the connection. The product comes in a practical dispenser box that keeps the tubing clean, allows orderly storage and enables easy unrolling and individual cutting.

Advantages

The polyolefin construction provides reliable electrical insulation and resistance to moisture and many chemicals. The inner adhesive ensures a secure, permanent seal around the cable after shrinking. The dispenser box reduces contamination and simplifies handling, transport and storage.

Suitable for

• Repairing and insulating damaged cable jackets
• Securing soldered or crimped wire joints
• Protecting wiring in workshops and industrial environments
• Outdoor cable protection where moisture resistance is required

Key specifications

How to use

Cut a length of heat shrink tubing from the dispenser to cover the area to be insulated, allowing some overlap. Slide the tube over the cable or joint, apply heat evenly with a heat gun or appropriate heat source until the tubing shrinks tightly around the component and the inner adhesive flows to form a seal. Allow to cool before handling.

Recommendations

Use a regulated heat gun and keep the heat source moving to avoid overheating or burning the tubing. Verify the tubing size matches the cable before shrinking. For applications exposed to oils or aggressive chemicals, confirm compatibility with polyolefin material.
