Metabo 635207000 csiszolólap

The Metabo 635207000 sanding sheet is a hook-and-loop abrasive sheet sized 100 x 150 mm with a P80 grit rating. Designed for use with compatible orbital and finishing sanders, this red sanding sheet supports sanding of wood, metal, and stainless steel surfaces. The sheet features nine holes aligned for dust extraction and a hook-and-loop backing for quick attachment and removal. Packs contain ten sheets to cover multiple jobs or longer projects.

Advantages

These sanding sheets combine medium-coarse P80 abrasive for material removal with a hole pattern optimized for dust extraction, helping to maintain a cleaner work surface and extend abrasive life. The hook-and-loop backing enables fast replacement and secure fit on standard 100 x 150 mm sanding pads. The sheets are color-coded and sized for consistent handling and compatibility with many sander models.

Suitable for

• Sanding and shaping wood before finishing
• Removing paint, rust or scale from metal surfaces
• Preparing stainless steel surfaces for polishing
• Surface smoothing on composite materials and fillers

Key specifications

• Dimensions: 100 x 150 mm
• Abrasion grade: P80 (medium-coarse)
• Backing type: hook-and-loop (for quick attachment)
• Dust extraction: 9-hole pattern for compatible sanders
• Colour: red
• Pack quantity: 10 sheets

How to use

Attach the sanding sheet to a compatible 100 x 150 mm sanding pad using the hook-and-loop backing, ensuring the holes in the sheet align with the sander's dust extraction ports. Operate the sander at the recommended speed for the material being worked on, applying even pressure and moving the sander in overlapping passes. Replace the sheet when the abrasive becomes clogged or worn to maintain consistent sanding performance.

Recommendations

For best results, start with P80 grit for initial material removal, then progress to finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Use appropriate dust extraction or respiratory protection when sanding metal, wood, or composites, and wear eye and hand protection as required.
