Patch kábel ROLINE S/FTP (PiMF) Cat.6 piros 10,0 m

Patch Cord ROLINE S/FTP (PiMF) Cat.6 Red 10.0m is a prepared patch cable for networking connections between devices. The cable is a 4-pair stranded copper wire with complete braid shielding and pairs shielded with aluminium-clad polyester foil, terminated with screened RJ-45 connectors on both ends and moulded kink protection for durability. Contact wiring is 1:1, conforming to the EIA/TIA 568 standard. The cable length is 10.0 m and the product colour is red.

Advantages

The S/FTP (PiMF) construction provides enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while gold-plated contacts on the high-quality plugs ensure reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance. The moulded kink protection and flexible design allow for installation in confined spaces and reduce strain at the connector. Nickel-plated connector shells increase mechanical durability.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet connections up to Cat6 environments
• Patch panels and switch-to-workstation cabling
• Office and home network installations requiring shielded cabling
• Environments with potential EMI where screened cables are preferred

Key specifications

• Cable type: S/FTP (PiMF), 4-pair stranded copper
• Length: 10.0 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — RJ-45, contact wiring 1:1 (EIA/TIA 568)
• Shielding: Complete braid shielding + aluminium-clad polyester foil on pairs
• Contacts: Gold-plated contacts; connector shells nickel-plated
• Colour: Red

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of a switch, router or patch panel and the other RJ-45 plug to the target device (computer, workstation, access point etc.). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure connection. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for Cat6 cables to preserve performance. For installations in areas with high electromagnetic interference, ensure both ends are connected to properly grounded, shielded equipment.

Recommendations

The patch cord is intended for indoor network use; avoid exposure to direct sunlight and prolonged moisture. For optimum performance, test the link after installation with appropriate cable testers and use shielded ports or grounding where required.
