VALUE patchpanel Cat.6/Class E, 24 port, UTP, fekete

The VALUE Cat.6/Class E 19" Patch Panel provides 24 UTP ports designed for structured network cabling in rack-mounted installations. Intended for Fast and Gigabit Ethernet environments, this black patch panel delivers a compact, rack-friendly way to terminate and organize horizontal copper cabling in server rooms, wiring closets and small data centers. The panel is compatible with Cat6/Class E twisted-pair cabling and supports common Ethernet applications while keeping connection points accessible and orderly.

Advantages

The 24-port configuration simplifies cable management by consolidating multiple horizontal runs into a single, rack-mounted panel. The panel's UTP design reduces component cost and is compatible with standard RJ45 patch cords, enabling straightforward connection and rearrangement. Its 19" form factor and durable metal housing provide a professional appearance and reliable mounting in standard racks, while clearly labelled ports enable faster identification and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet horizontal cabling installations
• Server rooms, wiring closets and small to medium data centers
• Office networks and telecommunications racks
• Patch and cross-connect panels for structured cabling systems

Key specifications

• Category/Class: Cat.6 / Class E performance
• Ports: 24 RJ45 ports, unshielded (UTP)
• Form factor: 19-inch, 1U rack-mountable panel
• Color: black finish
• Compatible with: standard Cat6/Class E twisted-pair cabling and RJ45 patch cords
• Intended applications: Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet

How to use

Mount the patch panel in a standard 19" equipment rack using the provided mounting points. Route and terminate each horizontal copper cable to the corresponding IDC connection on the rear of the panel following the colour code for Cat6/Class E cabling. After termination, label each port as required, then connect RJ45 patch cords from the front ports to network switches, routers or active equipment. Verify terminations and network connectivity with a suitable cable tester before putting the circuits into production.

Recommendations

Maintain bend radius and avoid running power and data cables in the same conduits to minimise interference. For best performance, use quality Cat6/Class E patch cords and follow industry-standard installation practices for cable routing, grounding of racks where applicable, and periodic verification of connections.
