XLR Quad audiokábel Kramer Electronics 0,5 m

The Kramer Electronics XLR Quad Style audio cable (0.5m) is a professional-grade mic/line cable with a 3-pin male XLR connector on one end and a 3-pin female XLR connector on the other. Its four-conductor star-quad design and XLPE insulation deliver stable signal transfer with reduced interference while offering increased flexibility and durable construction suitable for studio and live sound use.

Advantages

The star-quad four-conductor arrangement cancels electromagnetically induced noise from lighting ballasts and AC transformers, reducing induction noise to a fraction of that in standard two-pair balanced cables. The cable uses many fine bare copper strands in conductors and shield for superior flexibility. XLPE insulation provides good electrical properties and resists shrink-back during soldering, and the cable is fitted with hand-soldered premium XLR connectors for reliable contacts.

Suitable for

• Microphone connections in studio and live applications
• Balanced line-level audio runs between equipment
• Stage patching and portable recording setups
• Environments near lighting or power transformers where induced noise is a concern

Key specifications

• Length: 0.5 m
• Connectors: Male XLR (3-pin) to Female XLR (3-pin)
• Cable type: 4-core star-quad audio cable
• Insulation: XLPE
• Construction: Fine bare copper strands in conductors and shield; hand-soldered XLR connectors

• Brand: Kramer Electronics, MPN 95-12110015, EAN 7291063042097

How to use

Connect the male XLR to the output of a microphone, mixing console or other audio source and the female XLR to the corresponding input on a preamp, interface or mixer. Ensure connectors are fully seated and locked where applicable. Route the cable to avoid crushing or sharp bends; use standard cable management for stage or studio setups. For permanent installations, verify connector solder joints and strain reliefs are secure.

Recommendations

For lowest noise, keep the cable routed away from mains power runs where possible; the star-quad design reduces induced interference but does not eliminate the need for good routing and grounding practices.
